Stardusk Drive-in Theater

The Stardusk Drive-in Theater was located on highway 35 south of Superior at 76^th and Tower. The grand opening was on June 30^th, 1950. The opening was welcomed with a full-page ad for the theater. Also, numerous ads congratulating the theaters opening were placed by the companies that took part in the construction of the theater.

The former location of the theater has become a subdivision with new homes filling the area. As of 8/11/2000 the marquee is still standing by the side of the road. It's actually in fairly good shape, only missing lights and some paint, and of course announcements of movies playing.
